Summer Dance Residencies 2010
Open to all children/young people aged from 5-16 years old disabled and non-disabled, there will be 3 summer dance residencies taking place at Heathfields Special School and Blackfriars Special School over the summer holidays. Leek High School has now been cancelled due to lack of numbers. For children aged 5-11 years old workshops will be from 10am until 12 noon. For young people aged 12-16 years old workshops will be from 1pm-3pm. Each workshop will be £2.

'Friends of FRONTLINEdance' Pamper Evening with The Body Shop
Friends of FRONTLINEdance invite you to a pamper evening with The Body Shop on Tuesday 22nd June 7-9pm at the Burslem School of Art. Tickets £2 including wine/juice and nibbles and raffle prizes. 10% of sales will go support FRONTLINEdance's activities.

Two new weekly 'Sat Arts Hubs' will be running during term-time from Saturday 22nd May 2010 to Saturday 19th March 2011. Both hubs will run from 9.30-12.30pm, one at Blackfriars FE College, Bucknall, Stoke-on-Trent and the other at Walton Hall Special School, Eccleshall near Stafford. The hubs are open to all 5-18 year olds who are disabled and live in Staffordshire. Children and young people willl be able to access lots of 'arts' activities including Dance, Drama, Singing, Film making, Animation, Music, Art, Photography and Costume making.

Annual General Meeting
FRONTLINEdance's Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 26th April 2010 at 6pm in the Dance Studio, Venue 4, Stoke-on-Trent College, Moorland Road, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent ST6 1JJ.
The meeting will begin with a short introduction, followed by an informal presentation by the Artistic Director (Rachael Lines), who will give an update on the achievements made in December 2008 - November 2009 and plans for the future followed by a showing of work by our community intergenerational group Breakthrou'. Other AGM business will include the election of the Board and officers to serve for the coming year. Light refreshments will be provided.

4 Dance Clubs funded by BBC Children In Need
We are delighted to confirm the details of the 4 Creative Dance Clubs for the next 2 years. The clubs will be fully inclusive and equally accessible for children and young people with disabilities. Breakthrou' - '010 Dance at the Regent Theatre
Breakthrou' once again wowed the audience at this year's '010 Dance' at the Regent Theatre on Monday 25th January. The performance, choreographed by Artistic Director Rachael Lines and the dancers, based on the Iranian film 'TEN' which explores personal and social problems arising in Iranian society, particularly the life of one women who the film 'TEN' is centred around. The Willows Primary School - Adventure
FRONTLINEdance has recently been appointed creative partners for a Creative Partnership 'Enquiry' Project at The Willows Primary School in Penkhull to help the school 'to enthuse year one children to write through the means of movement and dance, especially the boys'.
